[imp] position of text cursor in Reply messages, HTML mode

Hello,

Description:
This are active settings in account's Preferences/Mail - advanced mode
//Composition
- Default method to compose messages:
HTML
- Where should the cursor be located in the compose text area by default?
TOP
//Replies
- When replying, use the same format as the original message?
CHECKED
-  Include original message in a reply?
CHECKED

The Problem:
1) When Replying, the cursor is not located on TOP of text area, above
original message.
This is not happening if the settings are for Plaintext.

2) it is right click disabled or just I have this issue?

Do I have sollution to setup the cursor above the original message
when I Reply in HTML composition?

This is because the HTML editor that we use in IMP at the moment
doesn't support positioning the cursor.
